1.4/50mm Summilux V.2 from 1962, black lacquered
with a slight patina - by Jacques Fontana.
 

(This first version of the Summilux V.2 is externally identical to the V.1)

The lens is fully lacquered with a light patina after the brass parts were dechromed and the aluminum parts were anodized black before painting.

The chrome of the mount was preserved during the dechroming of this first ring, which includes the depth-of-field scale.

- Smooth focusing and aperture rings.

- Lenses are in very good condition with no scratches or fogging.

- The lens focuses perfectly.

Comes with a generic rear lens cap and a Leica front lens cap in black anodized aluminum.

Serviced during the black lacquering process.
